1. How do I get a Max Card?
Max Cards are free and available at the Customer Service Desk inside any Niemann Foods, Inc. owned County Market. You can also click here to download a Max Card application. Just print, fill out and take into the store!
2. Can I use my new Max Card immediately?
Yes, you may use your new Max Card immediately at the time of issue.
3. How long do I have to wait to use my Max Card reward after I earn it?
Rewards are typically available immediately for redemption at participating locations.
4. How do I earn REWARDS?
As a cardholder in the Max Card rewards program, you’ll earn rewards by scanning your Max Card when making a purchase at the register.
Non-Qualifying Purchases include pharmacy, lottery, lotto, Rug Doctor, postage stamps, gift cards, money orders, tax, and other service items.
5. How do I redeem my REWARDS?
Your rewards can be redeemed at participating locations for each promotion.
6. If I have more than one card will my REWARDS add together?
Max Card rewards will be combined when earned with cards used in the same household. The cards will link together by address or immediately by calling the Max Card Hotline at (888) 722-6629, during normal business hours Monday thru Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. CST.
9. Is there a limit to the amount of rewards I can use in one transaction?

11. How do I get a replacement Max Card if mine doesn’t work or is lost or stolen?

14. How do I recover my reward if my card is lost/stolen?
